Is she a Goat or a Dog? Whatever she is, she's got a little thing called SWAG!

Let's go for a walk...

I know, I am a goat, not a dog, but I love walks.
You get dressed up, they put  on fancy stuff
and everyone  admires me.  People go crazy
when they  find  out  I'm  a  goat,  not  a  dog!

Yes, I could get used to being a goat-dog,
dog-goat, whatever they want to call me...

I just love, the love, and all the attention
I  get  on the  block...They  say,
I've  got  a thing  called  swag,
and  swag is  good  for  me!

It' s a Jack!

Baby Jack's First Steps!

Just after birth and trying to stand-up!

"Just look at my little jack," says Mama, "isn't he the cutest?"

I am trying, Mama, to get my legs!

Melanie cleaning  her baby jack  right after birth.   It was

so sweet,  each lick made him unsteady on his feet and
he would stumble, but with each lick, came the fluff.

He
is so darn fluffy, and cute...
Fluffy and cute, that's our little jack!

I have to work so hard...
My legs are so long,  splayed, and spindly.
I have to do this on my own.
Mama can't help me do my stand up routine!

Mama, I'm up!
Look at me...
I'm up...I did it!

Got Milk?

This little girl is a bottle baby!  She was rejected at birth by her mother and I am now bottle feeding her on demand, or every four hours.  When she was first born, she drank two ounces every four hours, then three ounces, and now is at one half cup every four hours.  I am using a Pritchard Nipple from a goat supply store and a soda bottle.

Mayor Bloomberg, I Like my Big Twenty, to the Last Sweet Drop!

Our  Big  Twenties  are
safe here on the farm...

Slurp, slurp, slurp!

Oh the joy, the sun in my face,
 ears flappin' in the wind,
and a big twenty in my rumen.
It's good to be a goat!

B-U-R-P!
